Terms & Conditions — btd99 Platform Rules

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the btd99 website accessible at btd99.io, including all sub-pages, game interfaces, sportsbook modules, account management portals, and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "btd99", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the btd99 platform and all affiliated entities responsible for its operation and maintenance.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the Platform, through which the Player accesses games, manages funds, and interacts with platform features.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded bet placed on a casino game, live dealer table, or sportsbook market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process that btd99 conducts in accordance with its internal compliance procedures.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date on which this version of the Terms and Conditions came into force.

Access to and use of the btd99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. btd99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. Players who are aged 18 to 20 are not eligible to register or place wagers on the Platform, notwithstanding any local laws that may permit gambling at a lower age threshold.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not eligible to hold an Account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of btd99 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended by btd99 for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or voluntary self-exclusion.

To access the full functionality of the btd99 Platform, including the ability to place wagers and process financial transactions, a Player must create and maintain a registered Account. The following conditions govern Account registration and ongoing maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under the same or different identity information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. btd99 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate contact or payment details provided by the Player.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any other person. btd99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• KYC Verification: btd99 reserves the right to require identity and age verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon the detection of unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.
• Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any funds held therein to any third party.

btd99 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects that the eligibility criteria in Section 2 are not satisfied.

All financial transactions on the btd99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms govern deposits into and withdrawals from your Account:

• Supported Payment Methods: btd99 currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for both deposits and withdrawals. btd99 may add or remove supported payment methods at any time; current availability is displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash or Nagad typically credit to the Account within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: btd99 targets a processing time of under five minutes for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad. Actual processing times may be affected by third-party payment provider delays, KYC holds, or system maintenance windows.
• Matched Withdrawal Requirement: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically supported. btd99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or methods not associated with the Player's Account.
• No Transaction Fees: btd99 does not charge fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside btd99's control.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply depending on the Player's Account tier and KYC status. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section.
• Dormant Account Deduction: An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. btd99 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with a positive Balance, following 30 days' written notice to the email address on file.

btd99 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players whose Accounts are in good standing and who have satisfied all applicable KYC requirements. btd99 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its reasonable discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement applicable to each offer will be stated clearly at the point of promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are published in the individual bonus terms. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While active wagering requirements on a bonus are outstanding, the maximum permitted single wager is ৳2,000 or the amount specified in the individual bonus terms, whichever is lower. Wagers exceeding this limit may be voided and the associated bonus forfeited.
• Abuse and Exploitation: btd99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game engagement. btd99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Player may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on casino games, live dealer tables, and sportsbook markets on the btd99 Platform:

• Wager Finality: Once a wager has been placed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player, except where btd99 exercises its right to void a wager under these Terms.
• Void Wagers: btd99 reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) the wager was placed on an event or game outcome that is subsequently determined to have been offered in error; (b) the odds or game parameters were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault; (c) the wager was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means; or (d) the relevant game or event was cancelled, suspended, or abandoned before resolution.
• Technical Faults: In the event of a technical interruption during a live game session — including server disconnection, software failure, or force majeure — btd99 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance.
• Sportsbook Settlement: Sportsbook markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL, FIFA). Where no official result is available, btd99 may settle markets based on credible third-party data sources at its reasonable discretion.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single-transaction payout from any casino game or sportsbook market is ৳5,000,000 (five million Taka) unless a higher limit is expressly communicated in writing to the Player prior to the wager being placed. Winnings above this threshold may be paid in instalments at btd99's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btd99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, Balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account under a false name, false date of birth, or any other false identity information.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other automated means to place wagers, access game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary users.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or incorrectly quoted odds to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify such errors are obligated to report them to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or sportsbook market.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, financing of unlawful activities, or structuring of transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law and concealing such access via VPN, proxy, or other means of IP obfuscation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from any component of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward btd99 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content published on the btd99 Platform — including but not limited to the btd99 brand name and logo, website design, user interface layout, game graphics, promotional artwork, written content, and software code — is the exclusive property of btd99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content; using Platform content for commercial purposes; or creating derivative works based on any element of the Platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licence terms. btd99 makes no claim of ownership over such third-party content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btd99 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform:

• Losses sustained as a direct or indirect result of wagering activity on the Platform, including any losses arising from reliance on game outcome predictions, statistical analyses, or third-party tipster advice.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party service failures, or events outside btd99's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, and government-imposed restrictions.
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind, whether or not btd99 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their Account credentials or from unauthorised access to the Account by a third party.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit btd99's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Where btd99 is found liable to a Player for any claim arising out of these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of btd99 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

btd99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• btd99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other unlawful purposes.
• The Player has failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• A Player has invoked a voluntary self-exclusion request under the btd99 Responsible Gaming programme.
• btd99 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's Balance will be held securely and will not be accessible until the investigation concludes. If the Account is permanently closed following confirmed breach of these Terms, btd99 reserves the right to forfeit the Balance in full.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the btd99 support team. Upon voluntary closure where no breach has occurred, the remaining Balance will be returned to the Player via the payment method last used for a deposit, after applicable KYC checks are completed.

btd99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount they are willing to lose. Wagers that would cause the loss limit to be exceeded will be declined.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous gaming session duration. Upon reaching the limit, the session will end and the Player will be logged out automatically.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic on-screen reminders displaying time elapsed and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 5 years. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no new Account may be opened. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

btd99 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement as its primary responsible gaming safeguard. btd99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at btd99.io/privacy-policy. By creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

btd99 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game studios is strictly limited to what is necessary to provide the requested service and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

All data transmitted between your device and the btd99 Platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with 256-bit AES encryption. Stored passwords are hashed using industry-standard one-way algorithms and are not accessible in plain text by any btd99 employee.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. btd99 operates as a platform accessible to players in Bangladesh and endeavours to conduct its operations in a manner consistent with applicable Bangladeshi law.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and btd99 regarding a specific wager, game outcome, or account decision, the Player must first contact the btd99 support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of no less than 14 calendar days for btd99 to investigate and respond. btd99 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours.

btd99 maintains complete server-side logs of all game outcomes, wager placements, and Account transactions. In the event of a dispute, these logs shall be treated as the definitive record of events on the Platform and shall take precedence over any contradictory information submitted by the Player.

btd99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it meaningfully alters the rights or obligations of registered Players — btd99 will provide not less than 14 calendar days' advance notice via the email address or mobile number registered to the Player's Account.

The updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised Effective Date clearly indicated at the top of the document. Continued use of the Platform after the stated Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and return of their Balance in accordance with Section 10.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
